Proprio in queste terre
esposte a sud, caratterizzate fa fredde temperature mitigate dalla vicinanza dal mare, ed
esposte alla brezza estiva, danno origine a uve di qualità, ed è in questa zona che
hanno dimora i vigneti dell'Azienda Agricola Cencig.La continua cura nella scelta delle
varietà più adatte al terreno e al clima, assieme ad impianti fitti - in modo da
privilegiare il solo aspetto qualitativo dell'uva prima e del vino poi - fanno
dell'Azienda Agricola Cencig una piccola ma sicura realtà della viticoltura friulana.
The Azienda Agricola
Cencig Nicola e Mauro is situated in the "Colli Orientali" area of wine
production, where the last off-shoots of the eastern Friuli hills extend. Here on this
land, facing south with cold winter temperatures which are moderatedd by the closeness of
the sea, and also exposed to warm summer winds, quality grapes have been cultivated
carefully right from the original palnts. In the heart of this area are the vine yards of
the Azienda Agricola Cencig. |
| The Azienda Cencig
gives constant skilled attention to choosing the types of grapes, which are suitable
toboth land and climate, togheter with extensive equipment, they privelege the aspect of
quality, first of the grapes and then the wine. This makes the Azienda Cencig, a small but
sure reality in the wine business of Friuli.
Der Winzerbetrieb
Cencig Nicola und Mauro liegt im Weinanbaugebiet "Colli
Orientali" zwischen den huegeligen Auslaeufern des "Friuli
Orientale". Die kalten Wintertemperaturen werden in diesen nach
Sueden gerichteten Lagen durch die Naehe des Meeres gemildert. Dies
und der sommerliche Windhauch beguenstigen die Qualitaet der Trauben.
Hier hat die Kellerei Cencig ihre Weinberge. Sie bildet im Rahmen der
Weinkultur des Friaul eine kleine, aber verlaessliche Qualitaetsmarke,
die unermuedliche Sorgfalt auf die Auswahl der Sorten legt, die dem
typ. Boden und dem Klima entsprechen muessen. Der Schwerpunkt wird
zunaechst auf die Traubenqualitaet gelegt und dann auf die Qualitaet
des Weines.

| L'Azienda dispone di 10 ettari a vigneto sui
quali si producono sia vini bianchi - quali il Pinot Grigio,
il Sauvignon, il Friulano ed il Verduzzo Friulano
- che vini rossi - Cabernet Franc, Refosco, merlot e
Pinot Nero. I titolari saranno ben lieti di farVi assaggiare la loro
produzione, nella cordialità e cortesia tipica del Friuli. The Azienda Cencig has 10 ht of vineyards
from which
they produce both white and red wines. Among the white are Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon, Friulano and Verduzzo Friulano and in the red are
Cabernet Franc, Refosco, Merlot and Pinot Nero. |

Aus zehn Hektar
Weinbergen werden sowohl Weissweine - Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon, Friulano und Verduzzo Friulano - als auch
Rotweine - Cabernet Franc, Refosco, Merlot und
Pinot Nero gewonnen. Die beiden Inhaber werden Ihnen gerne
Kostproben anbieten, in typisch friulanischer Herzlichkeit und
Freundlichkeit.
